ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 04.08.2016 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No.15609 of 2016.

Today, Mr. R. Kamaraj, Special Sub Inspector of Police, Mangalampet Police Station, Vridhachalam Taluk, Cuddalore District, is present.

On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the order dated 04.08.2016 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No.15609 of 2016 has been complied with by this Court, inasmuch as the investigation in Cr. No.235 of 2014 was completed and the case was closed as mistake of fact on 01.10.2014 and the closure report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Vridhachalam, who, besides accepting the closure report on 26.05.2018, has also issued R.C. notice in R.C. No.17 of 2014.

Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Contempt Petition is closed.
