This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.26054 of 2022 dated 16.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police for monthly twice i.e, on the 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report.
