O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a writ of certiorari to call for the records of the 1st respondent in C.Pa.No.43/2010/O1 dated 10.04.2012 quash the same.

2. It is seen that the petitioner challenged the order passed by the first respondent thereby cancelling the patta issued in favour of the petitioner. Admittedly, the petitioner filed a suit in O.S.No.171 of 2011 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Tiruchengode in respect of the very same subject property for declaration of title. Therefore, the trial Court is directed to dispose the suit uninfluenced by the orders passed by the first respondent herein. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned Revenue Official for issuance of patta subject to the result of the suit in O.S.No.171 of 2011.

3. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No order as to costs.
