ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the Order of this Court dated 18.07.2023 in WP.No.21083 of 2023.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 03.03.2023 has been considered and Order has been passed by the Transport Commissioner, Chennai in Proc.R.No.7872/RA1/2023 dated 13.02.2024 and the same is produced before this Court. The copy of the said Order is also served to the counsel on record in the open Court.

3. Such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that the Order of this Court is complied and no contempt is made out. Hence, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
