Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.21993 of 2021 dated 22.11.2021.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition without any deviation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
