ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to cancel the patta standing in the name of the 4th respondent for the properties morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 09.12.2025.
2. The petitioner had given a representation on 09.12.2025 to the 2nd respondent for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse order is passed against the 4th respondent in this writ petition, notice to the 4th respondent is dispensed with by this Court.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that a date has already been fixed by the 2nd respondent for conducting enquiry in the representation dated 09.12.2025 given by the petitioner seeking for cancellation of the 4th respondent's patta.
5. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with, after hearing the objections of the 4th respondent and any other party, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation, dated 09.12.2025 seeking for cancellation of patta standing in the name of the 4th respondent for the property morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and Page No.3 of 6
after hearing the objections, if any, from the 4th respondent and any other party, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
