This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders without fail in Crl.O.P.No.20508 of 2024 dated 02.09.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court; and that the charge sheet is yet to be filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in para no. 7(a) on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20508 of 2024 dated 02.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court twice a month, i.e., on the first Monday and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 19.02.2025 dk SUNDER MOHAN, J.
