O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to give police protection to the petitioners from the hands of the 2nd and 3rd respondents and their family members based on the complaint dated 05.01.2019.

2. Going by the nature of allegations made against each of the parties, this Court is of the considered view that the police should not interfere with the dispute. The parties will have to be relegated to a Competent Civil Court to work out their remedies.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
