Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the Registrar Central Administrative Tribunal Chennai pertaining to OA / 310 / 00099 / 2020 and order passed thereon dated 28.11.2023 and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to regularise the Service of the petitioner on par with petitioners immediate juniors by placing petitioner in the year 2013-2014 panel and promote the petitioner with effect from 06/01/2015 with all attendant and consequential benefits.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to challenge the decision made by the Departmental Promotion Committee dated 17.07.2019 with regard to the regular departmental promotion for the panel year 2013-14 to 2017-18. He has made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle.
