The Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of CPC against the judgment and decree dated 02.11.1999 in A.S.No.63 of 1999 on the file of the Additional District Judge, Tiruvannamalai confirming the judgment and decree dated 22.03.1999 in O.S.No.840 of 1995 on the file of the Additional District Munsif-I, Tiruvannamalai.

JUDGMENT

The second appeal is directed as against the judgment and decree dated 02.11.1999 in A.S.No.63 of 1999 on the file of the Additional District Judge, Tiruvannamalai confirming the judgment and decree dated 22.03.1999 in O.S.No.840 of 1995 on the file of the Additional District Munsif-I, Tiruvannamalai.
