ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Petitioner is the mother of the detenue, who is admittedly a minor. Interalia alleging that she is in the illegal custody of the third respondent, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions and placing reliance upon the status report, submitted that it is the second time elopement of the detenue with the third respondent. Earlier, a case was registered. Even for the present occurrence, a case has been registered. Steps are being taken to secure both the detenue and the third respondent. 3.Considering the above, we are not inclined to keep this petition pending any longer. Accordingly, the habeas corpus petition stands closed. However, the investigation shall be proceeded with and as and when the detenue is secured, she should be produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate.
