2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that the petitioner be granted liberty to approch the authorities, if any illegal quarry operation found place in the respective area.
3.In view of the above submissions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authorities for appropriate remedy. No costs.
