This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 07.10.2022 vide C.S.R.No.2226 of 2022 and file a FIR.
2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR in Crime No.119 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 294(b), 284, 506(i) of IPC was registered. Hence, nothing survives in this petition.
