Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's letters dated 23.12.2011 and 16.11.2016 and thereby direct the respondent to send the petitioner's appeal to the Competent Court for adjudicating the correct compensation.

ORDER

According to the petitioner, after the award was passed, it was received under protest with a request to refer the matter for enhanced compensation as per the letter dated 23.11.2011. As it was not considered, it was followed by another representation on 16.11.2016.

Even thereafter, those representations are not considered and hence the present writ petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3.This Court is not willing to go into the issue as to whether the petitioner has made the first representation within time or not. Suffice it to direct the respondent to dispose of the two representations, if they are on file, as per law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to send another https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

communication enclosing a copy of the order passed by this Court as well as two earlier communications sent by him dated 23.12.2011 and 16.11.2016 within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
