2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner did not appear before the trial Court and therefore, NBW was issued and it is still pending.

3. Since the NBW is pending against the petitioner, this petition cannot be entertained and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Connected Crl.M.P.s are closed.
