care of her second son.

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to call for the records pursuant to the notice issued by the 5th respondent on 29.01.2014 and quash the same and further to direct the respondent to pass orders on the representation of the writ petitioner dated 22.06.2013.

2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that the writ petitioner is willing to restrict the prayer to the extent of considering the representation submitted by him dated 22.06.2013. Further, it is stated that the writ petitioner has set out all his grievances in his representation submitted to the 3rd respondent. Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 22.06.2013 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation along with the order passed in this writ petition. 3.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
