There is no representation for the petitioner. The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent and fifth respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2022.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that apart from sending the representation to respondents 3 and 5, the petitioner's Society had also been sending the same representation to the several other authorities. He would further submit that the fifth respondent would take necessary steps to dispose of the petitoner's representation.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Writ Petition stands disposd of with a direction to the fifth respondent to consider and pass an appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner's Soceity dated 06.01.2022, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion with regard to the merits of the representation and the authority shall consider and dispose of it on its own merits. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
