The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 30.11.2023, registered for the offences under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B), 25 and 29(1) of the NDPS Act in Crime No.238 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail.

2. It is stated that this petitioner along with A1 who was driving the motor cycle were found in possession of 3.200 kgs of ganja.

3. The learned Government Advocate stated that A1 was detained under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that A1 was detained under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
