ORDER

This application has been filed to grant permission to dispose of the property mentioned in the aforesaid O.P.No.738 of 2021 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

2. Letters of Administration has been granted by this Court on 30.08.2022 in O.P.No.738 of 2021, based upon a Will in favour of the petitioner. Under Ex.P3 Will, the properties under the Will were bequeathed in favour of the mother of the parties in the original petition.

3. The petitioner has now come out with the present application to seek permission of this Court to alienate the property.

4. The respondent has also filed a consent affidavit, indicating that she didn't have any objection.

5. In view of the same, I do not find any impediment in allowing this application and the same is ordered as prayed for. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
