The petitioner has come up with this Writ petition seeking for issuance of a Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider her representation dated 20.05.2011 and thereby direct the respondents to grant adequate police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

protection to her life and her family members and also for her flower vending business at 1st Main Road, Mathur M.M.D.A. Area at Mathur, Chennai-68.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.

No costs. Consequently, the connected M.P.No.1 of 2011 is closed.
