This Petition has been filed to accept the cause title as shown in the memorandum of Criminal Revision Petition as against the judgment made in S.T.C.No.246 of 2022 dated 08.12.2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Mettur.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is said to be the owner of the vehicle and hence he is not a party to the criminal proceedings. Since he is an aggrieved party in the confiscation proceedings, he has filed this revision challenging the same.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
