C.M.P.No.765 of 2026 and C.M.P.No.31364 of 2025 in C.R.P.No.178 of 2026 and C.R.P.No.6321 of 2025 S.SOUNTHAR,J.

Though these civil revision petitions are filed challenging the order passed by the Trial Court allowing the applications filed to condone the delay and to set aside the exparte award passed in M.C.O.P.No.830 of 2016, in the stay petitions, the petitioners seek stay of the operation of the order passed in some other case namely I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2024 in O.S.No.830 of 2016, dated 23.10.2025. Therefore, the stay petitions are dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to file stay petitions giving correct numbers.
