(CRIME NO.384/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court in the Crl.OP.No. 24272/2021 dated 14.12.2021 that the petitioners shall report before the Respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 A.M. until further orders and thus render justice.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. J.SELVARAJAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.24272 of 2021 on 14.12.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail and appear before the respondent police on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. All other conditions are unaltered.
