The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for an alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC r/w Section 3 of TNPPDL Act, on the file of the respondent police and seek anticipatory bail.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that neither petition enquiry is pending nor a case registered has been registered against the petitioner.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
