ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to remove the names of the persons disclosed in serial numbers 1 to 14 of the petitioner's Patta No.199 for the property more fully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition based on the petitioner's online application dated 15.12.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3.The petitioner claims that the name of the persons found in serial numbers 1 to 14 in his Patta No.199 were erroneously included. According to the petitioner, the said names have to be removed from the Patta No.199. The petitioner had submitted an online application with the respondents on 15.12.2025 for removal of the names found in serial numbers 1 to 14 in Patta No.199. Since the said online application was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to consider the petitioner's online application dated 15.12.2025, seeking for removal of the names of the persons mentioned in serial numbers 1 to 14 from the Patta No.199 for the property more fully described in the affidavit filed in

support of this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objection of those persons, whose names are disclosed in the serial numbers 1 to 14 and any other third party, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquiry, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's online application dated 15.12.2025. 6.For the foregoing reason, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's application dated 15.12.2025, seeking for removal of the names mentioned in serial numbers 1 to 14 in Patta No.199, after hearing the objections of the persons, whose names have been disclosed in serial numbers 1 to 14 in Patta No.199 and any other third party, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
