This petition is filed to condone the delay of 468 days in filing the C.M.A.SR.No.4836 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Mr.S.S.Santhosa Kumar, the learned standing counsel entered appearance on behalf of the respondent.

4. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned, subject to the waiver of interest for the delay period, and the petition is allowed.

5. Registry is directed to print the name of the learned counsel for the respondent in the cause list at the time of admission.

6. Both the learned counsels submitted that the respondent/Transport Corporation also filed an appeal with a delay and the Division Bench of this Court condoned the delay and the appeal is yet to be numbered. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

7. In view of the above, the Registry is directed to post this present C.M.A before the Division Bench of this Court along with the connected appeal, once the said appeal is numbered.
