This petition has been filed by the petitioner/A25 seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankagiri to dispose of her application in M.P.No.6150 of 2014 in CC.C.No.35 of 2015 seeking to dispense with her personal appearance at an early date.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that now the case has been transfered to the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Edapadi from the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankagiri and hence the learned Judicial Magistrate, Edapadi may be directed to dispose of the said miscellaneous petition at an early date.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Edapadi is directed to consider the miscellaneous petition filed by the petitioner herein and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
