This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. O.P. No.30315 of 2024 dated 05.12.2024 that the petitioner shall stay at Tiruvannamalai and report before the Inspector of Police, Tiruvannamalai Town Police Station every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition regularly before Tiruvannamalai Police and that charge sheet was also filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offences, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. O.P. No.30315 of 2024 dated 05.12.2024, is relaxed.
