JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH,J.) Heard both sides.
2. It appears that the Appellant Association is intended to protect the interest of the members of the Ambattur Industrial Estate Manufacturers Association. It is a registered Association under the Companies Act.
3. According to the Appellant, within the Industrial Estate area, except manufacturing activity, no other activity should be allowed to go on. The question as to whether any other activity like running food stalls etc., except Industrial activity is permissible or not in the Ambattur Industrial Estate, is concerned, as rightly decided by the learned Single Judge, there is no scope for the appellant to challenge the same before this court. Nevertheless, the authorities concerned may look into the matter and take appropriate decision, after looking into the veracity of the matter. In the matters of public interest, the Appellant/Writ Petitioner is directed to give a representation to the 1st Respondent, who in turn is directed to look into the matter and act accordingly.
4.With the above observation, the Writ Appeal is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
