ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29296 of 2024 dated 22.11.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the case is still under investigation.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29296 of 2024 dated 22.11.2024 is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation."

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
