ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to measure and demarcate the boundaries of the property belonging to the

petitioner situated at No.66, Periyapalayam Village, Palayakara Street, in Survey No.112/127A3, New Survey No.273/5 measuring an extent of 591 square meter that is 6359 square feet with the boundaries on the East by Street, West by plot in Survey No.272/13, North by plots in New Survey No.272/13, 273/4 plots and South by Palayakara Street, as per the application dated 11.06.2020 and 22.10.2021.

Heard Mr.M.L.Ramesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and adjacent owners if any and pass orders to survey the property comprised in Survey No.112/127A3, New Survey No.273/5 measuring an extent of 591 square meter that is 6359 square feet with the boundaries on the East by Street, West by plot in Survey No.272/13, North by plots in New Survey No.272/13, 273/4 plots and South by Palayakara Street, situated at No.66, Periyapalayam Village, Palayakara Street, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
