PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e, on first working day of Page No.1 of 4
every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed upon him by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7178 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.6825 of 2024 dated 29.04.2024 For Petitioner :

ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e, on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed upon him by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7178 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.6825 of 2024 dated 29.04.2024.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions made on both sides and the nature of offences, the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph 5(b) in Crl.O.P.No.6825 of 2024 dated 20.03.2024 and subsequently modified on 29.04.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.7178 of 2024 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
