The prayer in the Civil Miscellaneous Petition reads as follows:- "to grant an order ad interim injunction restraining the respondents, their men and agents from in any way creating encumbrance or altering the physical features of the petition mentioned properties which are the subject matter in O.S.No.84 of 2010 on the file of the learned Second Additional District Court, Erode pending disposal of the above first appeal."

2.In view of Section 52 of the Transfer of Property Act, any alienation will be subject to result of the appeal. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
