Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the 2nd respondent from awarding "the tender for the work of security function", which was called for on 04.01.2012, in violation of the tender conditions, more particularly clause 5 of the agreement and the mandatory provisions of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 and consequently award the tender to the petitioner, who has been ranked as "L2".
