JUDGMENT

This Criminal Appeal has been filed to set aside the order passed by the learned Principal Special Court of exclusive trial of cases under POCSO at Coimbatore in Crl.M.P.No. 750/2025 dated 01.12.2025 and enlarge the appellant on bail in Crime No. 34/2025 on the file of the respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Appeal and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, he is permitted to withdraw this Appeal. Accordingly, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. The High Court Legal Services Committee, Chennai, shall pay the schedule fee to Mr.Gowtham, learned legal aid counsel who assisted this Court for the defacto complainant.
