Heard Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for the applicants and Mr.Gunaalan, learned counsel for the non-applicant.

This application is filed seeking extension of the time limit fixed to comply with the order passed in W.A.No.1140 of 2021 dated 21.11.2023.

Learned Government Advocate submits that the order of this Court has been complied with and the amount of Rs.1,89,100/- (Rupees One Lakh Eighty Nine Thousand and One Hundred Only) is paid to the non-applicant by cheque bearing No.466424 dated 04.03.2024.

In view of the above, the compliance report is accepted. The application seeking extension of time stands disposed of.
