Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned POSCO District Judge, Vellore and the case has been posted for hearing on 06.02.2025.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1507 OF 2024, dated 04.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned POCSO District Judge, Vellore on 06.02.2025, thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned POCSO District Judge. 4.
