(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner prays for disposal of the representation dated 16.12.2010 in respect of alleged encroachments in the catchment area of the stream originating from the reserved forest area located on the north of Pavinjipattu village. The private parties affected were subsequently added as respondents 4 to 14 and their stand is that they are the owners of the patta land.

2.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first three respondents also submits that there are no encroachments as the private respondents are patta holders. 3.The present petition being confined to one of disposal of representation, in view of the stand of the respondents, nothing really survives in so far as the relief is concerned. 4.Writ petition is, accordingly, closed.
