PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records connected with the Proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent dated Nil and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents to disburse the petitioner's pension and other pensionary benefits with interest. ORDER

By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner herein is aggrieved against the nondisbursement of pensionary benefits. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. It is seen that the petitioner had retired from his services way back on 31.07.2017 and the pension proposal is said to have been forwarded by the third respondent School to the official respondents and the second respondent has also sanctioned the pension in the month of June 2017. The case of the petitioner is that though such sanction was made way back in 2017, he is yet to receive the pensionary benefits.

4. This Court is of the view that if the official respondents are called upon to disburse the petitioner's eligible pension amount within a stipulated time, the ends of justice could be secured.

5. In the light of the above observation, there shall be a direction to the respondents 1 and 3 to disburse the petitioner's pension and other pensionary benefits, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
