This application has been filed to seek leave in respect of the trust property which is situated outside of the jurisdiction of this Court. The suit has been filed under Section 92 (f) of the Civil Procedure Code in respect of the Religious and Charitable Endowment.

2.The prayer is mainly with regard to immovable property. In such view of the matter, as property is situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court. This Court is of the view that, as a matter of fact, the leave cannot be granted. Applicant has to file an appropriate application before the concerned jurisdictional District Court, where the property situated. Accordingly, the application is rejected and the applicant is at liberty to file appropriate application before the District Court within whose jurisdiction where the immovable property situated.
