ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in para No.8(b) in Crl.O.P.No. 298 of 2025 dated 20.02.2025, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition only for 26 days and from 21.04.2025, petitioner has not complied with the condition.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the nature of offence and other aspects of this case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 298 of 2025 dated 20.02.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week ie., on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of six weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
