This Criminal Original Petition has been praying to quash the FIR in Crime No.403 of 2010 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

2. Mr.Senthil Kumar, Inspector of Police, Periyathatchur Police Station, Villupuram District, is present today.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submits that the investigation in Crime No.403 of 2010 was completed and charge sheet was filed vide PRC.No.12 of 2011 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tindivanam and the case has now been committed to the Court of Sessions in S.C.No.20 of 2015 before the Principal Sessions Judge, Villupuram.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
