Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to enhance the personal protection given to the petitioner and to the residential house of the petitioner from 'Y' Category to that of 'Y' Plus Category as it was provided to start with in the year 2004 onwards.

2. This being the factum prevailing, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition at this juncture. Further, if any grievance arises, it is left open to the petitioner to redress the same in the manner known to law.
