These petitions are filed by the petitioner/Revenue seeking permission to serve notice on the respondent through substituted service.

2. Heard the submissions of the learned Standing counsel appearing for the petitioner/Revenue.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, the petitioner is permitted to take substituted service for the respondent in English Daily, 'The Hindu' indicating the date of hearing as 19.04.2022 and file AOS to that effect.

4. Accordingly, these petitions are ordered.
