ORDER
(This case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner was implicated as an accused in Cr.No.2/2021/Ac/CB on the file of the Inspector of Police Vigilance & Anticorruption, Coimbatore. To quash the same, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) submitted that in this case, investigation is almost completed and the respondent police is going to file a final report within a short period. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. At this stage, Mr. A.Vijayakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he wants to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition with liberty to challenge the final report, if any filed.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
