This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner with baseless false complaint.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3.Learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that on the complaint given by one Nalini, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.708 of 2018 on the file of the second respondent.
4.In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the police for enquiry and at the time of conducting enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest.
