This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.26211 of 2022 on 10.11.2022 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect, that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police for monthly once i.e., on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
