JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This writ appeal is directed against the order dated 12.09.2012 made in W.P.No.23967 of 2012, whereby the learned single Judge directed the appellants to reinstate the first respondent in service.
2.Heard the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellants and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent.
3.It is submitted that the contesting respondent viz., first respondent is no more. However, no steps have been taken till today. In such view of the matter, the writ appeal is dismissed as abated. However, liberty is given to the appellants to file appropriate petition, if so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
