Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 to 5.
2. The petitioner as well as the detenu, Thiyagarajan, s/o. Balaraman, aged about 35 years were present before us. When we enquired, the alleged detenu submit that there is no illegal detention by anybody.
3. Recording the submission made by the alleged detenu that there is no illegal detention by anybody, we find it just and reasonable to close this petition. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is ordered to be closed. However, we make it clear that it is open to the petitioner to work out her remedy before appropriate forum. No costs.
