Respondents This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records with respect of impugned order issued by the 2nd respondent issued through e-mail dated 03.02.2018 and quash the same consequently directing the 2nd respondent to accept the tender submitted by the petitioner herein for the packages No.TN03-06, TN03-30, TN03-32, TN03-33, TN03-34, TN03-35 and consider the same along with other bidders.

It is stated by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that in pursuant to the impugned order challenged in this writ petition, another order dated 12.02.2018 is passed in detail and therefore, it is for the petitioner to challenge the same, if at all he is aggrieved.
